Dermatitis: Is an irritation to the skin, causing it to look dry, red and swollen. Dermatitis can be uncomfortable as it causes the skin to be dry and itchy to those who have it. Individuals with dermatitis may experience flare ups due to stress, environmental factors or certain exposures.
Warts: A common viral infection seen on the skin. A wart is caused by a group of viruses known as papilloma viruses and are contagious, especially to the same individual. Warts can easily be spread to other areas of the body.
Skin Tags: A very small threadlike growth. Skin tags are hereditary, but also have been associated with obesity, pregnancy, menopause, diabetes, friction from clothing and jewelry and intestinal disorders. They are often irritated by friction from clothing and jewelry.
Thrush: Is a yeast infection caused by candidas. Oral thrush is usually seen in infants and individuals that have a suppressed immune system. It is characterized by white patches inside the mouth and on the tongue.
